1. About HEZZ
HEZZ.us provides online tools for creating forms, organizing workspaces, collecting responses, using templates, and reviewing or exporting submitted information. These Terms govern access to and use of the HEZZ.us website and its services.

2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify HEZZ support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your forms and submitted information
You are responsible for the questions you ask, the information you collect, the people you invite to respond, and your legal basis for processing any personal data.
