If you submit a form created by another user, the form creator chooses which questions to ask.

4. Forms and respondents
A form creator determines the purpose and contents of their form and who can access its results. If you are responding to someone else's form, contact the form creator about the purpose of their questions, their use of your responses, and requests concerning those responses. HEZZ provides the technical platform and may process responses to deliver the requested service.

HEZZ uses session-related browser storage or cookies where necessary for sign-in and security. Browser settings may let you limit cookies, although doing so can interfere with login or other features.
