When every form lives in the same place, it becomes difficult to find the right responses. Workspaces help keep related work together.
Group by purpose
Create a workspace for a project, department, or ongoing process. For example, one workspace might contain event registrations while another holds customer service surveys.
Use clear names
Names such as “Autumn Event 2026” are easier to recognize than “New Workspace 2.”
Review your forms regularly
- Open My workspaces.
- Select the workspace you want to review.
- Check the forms and responses associated with it.
- Archive or update forms that no longer reflect your process, when that option is available.
Think about access
Before involving other people, consider who needs to see collected information. Avoid sharing sensitive responses more broadly than necessary.
